We are Easy Buy & Own Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited (EBO), a cooperative society that was formed and duly registered under the Cooperative Society Regulatory Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2019, immediately commenced its business activities but got its massive growth in membership and business operations in 2023 due to its Products / Services.

Welcome to Easy Buy & Own Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited (EBO), a registered cooperative society operating under the Cooperative Society Regulatory Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria since 2019. While our inception dates back to 2019, it was in 2023 that we experienced significant growth in both membership and business operations, driven by our diverse range of Products and Services. At EBO, our primary aim is to enhance the well-being of our members by fostering collaboration, reducing costs, bolstering financial capabilities, and providing support during challenging times. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute substantially to the economic and social development of our country. EBO is owned by a dedicated group of members known as the EBO Stakeholders Group. Currently, our operations are overseen by a team of professionals with extensive expertise in business and finance, who form the EBO National Management Team Board of Trustees. The EBO National Management Team Board of Trustees is entrusted with the day-to-day management of our cooperative society, including business and financial affairs. They serve as the decision-making body within the organization, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively to serve the best interests of our members. To build the Cooperative Society as an international family where all ideas of its members are accommodated and harmonized in accordance with international best practices in order to economically and corporately be successful in its services.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become the leading cooperative society organization in Nigeria, offering dynamic platforms for financial sustainability and growth to members and affiliates across Africa and globally.

Our members are the foundation of our cooperative as their needs are the reason for our existence

EBO Stakeholders Group

These set of members are also considered as the financial strength of the cooperative organization. They share both the cooperative Surplus (Profit), Assets, and Losses based on their percentages in the organization shares. Based on the various businesses owned by the cooperative, EBO Stakeholders Group members are projected to earn a minimum of 24% (Percent) dividend return Annually based on their shares in the cooperative.

EBO Ordinary Members group

They are spread within and outside the country. These members do not have shares with the cooperative organization in any way. They operate within the EBO policy that governs the products and services they buy into. They are meant to abide by the rules and regulations of the cooperative products and services. They can only attend seminars to enable them know more about the cooperative, products, and services. They are not meant to attend EBO midyear or annual general meetings. They are not in any way owners of the cooperative organization.
